cable unlock fault

hello everyone, I would like to know if anyone has had a similar experience, my Spring does not unlock the charging cable with the remote control, I always have to manually unlock it, the brand itself has already changed the car cable coupling system but it remains the same and they don't know what the problem might be. Has anyone had this situation?

hello, I remeber someone having a problem unlocking the charging cable, but I´cant find the post anymore. What do you mean with remote control? What way are you charging (AC/DC/ Walbox..)?

Hallo, ich erinnere mich, dass jemand das Problem hatte, dass das Ladekabel nicht mehr ab ging, finde aber den Post nicht mehr.
Was meinst Du mit Fernbedienung? Wie lädts Du (AC/DC/Wallbox)?

Have you pressed the open Button twice?

Sometimes it seems as it is always locked but it is just stiff plugged.
So, have you tried to really pull more hard on the handle ?

Normaly press the Open Button on your key from the car twice. Then pull out.
If you wait too long, it lock´s again.

At a DC / CCS charging station you should first finish the charging on the screen from the charging station.
Then unlock with you car-key if it is locked.

If you can´t stop the charging station:
I read here, that someone release the parking brake, and rolled the car a bit away. Then the charging ist stopped and he was able (propably with pressing open twice on car-key) disconnect the cable from car.
